Yes. Australia's peak health body, the National Health and Medical Research Council, recognises that vegan diets are healthy and nutritionally adequate and are appropriate for individuals of all ages. Alternatives to animal foods, such as nuts, seeds, legumes, beans and tofu, "increase dietary variety and can provide a valuable, affordable source of protein and other nutrients."
For more information on the science-based efficacy of a vegan diet, please read the Australian Dietary Guide’s evaluation, here.

There are a variety of reasons why people choose to adopt a vegan diet ranging from religious, environmental, ethical or health considerations.
To me, veganism is a mode of living that excludes (as far as is practicable) all use and consumption of animal-based foods and products. So whilst my diet is vegan, veganism is much more than just a diet - it’s a constantly evolving and adapting ethical approach to holistic living.

Of course! Even if you are not Vegan, Vegetarian or Flexitarian, I’d love to help you improve your body, mind and spirit with a whole-food diet.
A whole-food plant-based diet is centred around whole, unrefined, and unprocessed foods with a foundational intake of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, seeds and nuts. A whole-food, plant-based diet allows you to meet your nutritional needs by focusing on minimally processed plant foods.
So whether you:
need plant-based nutrition support,
are looking to switch up your meals,
or transition into a minimal animal protein diet,
I can help you get started on your journey!
Although I stand by my beliefs & philosophy, everyone is welcome here on the journey to health and wellness.

Many factors can contribute to health ailments and many doctors do not have the tools or expertise to eliminate them.
That’s why my practice encourages an intuitive connection to your own body. As a Clinical Nutrition Therapist, I believe that if you are feeling “off,” the chances are there is a good reason for it, even if your doctor says otherwise. While things may seem up to standard on the outside, that doesn’t mean you’re optimally healthy on the inside. Whole Foods Plant-based nutrition is often a great way to fight this.
I have the tools to find out what is causing you harm and the strategies to target these ailments. Together, we can revitalise your body, mind and health.
