Hi, I’m Natalie, a Clinical Nutrition Therapist, Plant-Based Nutrition Coach and the Founder of Rising Nutrition.
I’ve always believed that nutritional therapy and food-based healing can help alleviate and manage a wide range of health conditions just as it has in my own experience.
That’s why I founded Rising Nutrition, a holistic nutrition therapy practice to help Australians rediscover their physical, mental and spiritual health through optimal diet and nutrition.
With an evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying root causes and imbalances to improve patient health outcomes, my mission is to guide you toward your best self through holistic plant-based meals.

My journey to you
A decade ago, I switched from a typical European diet to a completely vegan diet overnight. It wasn't easy. I got sick for six months as my body began to detox from the previously bad habits. I grew up eating lots of dairy and salami, however, after the initial struggle, quitting them made me realise how detrimental those animal products were to my health.
It was a choice I would never regret. It changed my life for the better, and now I want to change yours too.
Impressed by a newfound vitality and wellness thanks to this plant-based diet, I decided to train as a Vegan Lifestyle Coach at the Main Street Vegan Academy in NYC. The experience transformed my life, prompting me to study Nutritional Medicine and even 200-level Hatha Yoga in India.

Where I am today
A firm believer in the health benefits of plant-based eating and food-based healing, I’ve seen the profound healing effects that vegan living can bring. That’s why I’ve dedicated my time to helping Australians enjoy that same level of wellness.
These days, I continue to travel and stay up to date with the world of vegan nutrition and am increasingly excited about delving into the world of Sports Nutrition.
